Very good playing. Is the cassette mainly instrumental music? Is it available? If not, maybe someone can make CDs from yours.

BTW Bob was in the past GEORGE de FRETES his bassplayer.

I'd say he's using either C6 (G at top) or A6 (or some 6th tuning with a 1-3-5 interval at top)... based on the chords I hear him playing in the ending tag.
