She ain't the purtiest, but she can sing! I replaced the Gauss Speaker with a Weber Cali 15 and had a cap job about two years ago. I think that the Weber sounds way better, close to a JBL D 130.
I just had this great amp tuned up with new power tubes last week.
Now that I have a Steel King, I just don't give this amp the attention it deserves. I really need a portable all tube Fender guitar amp.
I would prefer a Nashville area sale, but will consider shipping to the lower conus.
See below for new price

Grant,
Great amp and great deal.
I have many amps and tried others and I play and record with a Vibrosonic from '72 with an Altec B18.
I would also like a smaller tube amp for quieter gigs.
But not for my Vibrosonic, she makes me and the engineer smile.

This is a very good deal on one of the sweetest steel amps ever made. This will make some Fender tube lover very happy. Smile

Stephen-
I may have a local deal brewing for this rig. I'll let you know if it falls through, as I need a small amp for guitar gigs where the Vox AC30 is too much...
Also, my wife's family is in Clemson and Greenville so we are in the area about every other month; possibly we could make a swap without shipping....
