Absolutely.

The 2 best I know are in NJ.

1. Dennis Kager at Central Jersey Music Service 732-572-1911, Edison, NJ. He's my guy.

2. Dave's Sound Repair in Whippany. Done much work for me in the past and is especially adroit with the Fender amps. He would be the first choice for your amp. http://www.gti.net/junebug/dave/

I am having problems with my NYC and Brooklyn techs. I think they are overpriced and not near as good as they say they are.

I will be heading to NJ to check out Mike's guys real soon.

Bob,

Jimmy Somma at Sommatone.com is an excellent Fender tech. He is in Somerville, NJ about 20 minute drive over the Outerbridge. I had my Super rebuilt by Billy Penn in Long Branch but I am not sure he is still taking on work.

Yes, Jimmy Somma is another tech and builder, but I haven't used him yet, although he seems like a real nice guy. His number (908)704-0041. sommatone@aol.com

Between Dave, Dennis and Jimmy, I'm sure you'll find your guy.
