Hi
Can anyone out there help me with a wiring diagram for a Sho-Bud pro III twin ten. There's standard pick-up on the 9th neck and a George L on the C6th neck. It had been changed to a Loafer type of guitar and I'm restoring it back to a twin. It has a miniature 3 postion switch which I think it's a DPDT.
I sure would appreciate any help or advice or any problems I might face.
Thanks in anticipation.

Ok this is what I got.
This is for the split coil shobuds...but all you have to do is forget the Red wire; and the white wire goes on the switch where the wire was coming from the coil tap switch, and the black groud wire is the same.

Hi Ricky
Thanks for responding.
My sho-Bud only has a neck switch and input jack. It's a pro III
with the straight levers and the hex crosshafts. The previous owner has really messed up the wiring when he turned it into a loafer type so I'm trying to restore it to original. The 9th neck has a sho-bud single coil with a black and white lead. The 6th neck has a George L with black red and earth lead.
The switch that was with it was I think a DPDT (Double pole double throw) switch. I'd be quite happy with it set up as a simple neck switch treating the George L as a single coil.
I hope that makes sense.
I appreciate your time and efforts.
Many Thanks
Barry |
