I'm going to be making some backing tracks on my Boss BR-8 digital recorder and burning them to a CD. What's the best play back device I can use on stage?
I'll hooking it up to a PA system. Is there some sort of footpedal device available to start the tracks?? |

I've used many different ways of playing tracks, CD players, Mini Disk and others, but now I use a Laptop computer using Emcee pro software...this is by far the most efficient way I have found of doing this, and you can buy a remote to play the software from across the room. I don't have the remote but will be getting one soon. One you get the tracks loaded the in the order you want them, which is very easy, all you have to do to go to the next track is hit the space bar....very easy

Thanks for your help Kenny. Sure appreciate it.
By the way, is there some way to hook up a foot pedal switch to the computer to start the songs? |
