RE: Out of business in three years...

I hope and pray that if the MSA venture flops no one will lose their hard earned money like I did. ($1650.00) My advise would be...DON'T SEND ANY MONEY UP FRONT LIKE I DID. There are some peope in business who have no honor and hold their customers in contempt. I am still waiting for my steel. It's been over 20 years now. I am starting to get angry about the delay.

Overhere it's normal bussiness that if you ordered something you will get what you payed for or money back.. Even if the company restarts after x years under the same name with same persons at the steering wheel......
I believe there was an arrangement taken on this forum a few months ago How did that work out? I haven't seen any replies yet from people that got yes or no money back. What happened???
Are things worked out to satisfaction? Or not?
Started here, how did it end up???
Please, involved people, inform us...
Thanks, Johan

Quesney, Are you insinuating that the delivery of your guitar is a little slow? 20 years? D id you order something special? Maybe these guys have gotten a little busy and fallen a little behind. Maybe they already spent your money for something else and don't have enough left to build your guitar. I think it would be fair to give them another 20 years and see what will happen. Remember, there are many others in the same boat you are.
Good luck, I don't feel you are dealing with a person or persons with a consience though. If a person won't admit they did anything wrong, how can they have any remorse for ripping you 20 years ago,or try to give any sort of restitution now. I feel all victims here are in a ship that has already sunk. Just an opinion though. Let me know if anything productive happens, If I'm still alive.

I was not aware of the problems associated with the "old" MSA until recently, when I began seeing references to it here on the forum. I would suggest to Reese that if expects his new venture to succeed, he best be making long-overdue and full restitution to those wronged earlier. I realize this could be a real hump in getting the new MSA off the ground financially, but, you reap what you sow - or so I've been led to believe. In any event, a reputation like the old MSA has with people on this forum will probably spell doom for the new venture, unless the new MSA wants to build and sell guitars C.O.D. (And maybe even that won't be enough.) It would be too bad, too, because that new guitar looks like a beauty.

This topic is too long. Feel free to start a new topic about the new MSA guitars if you want to. I'm closing this one.
