Weldon-thanks for your website-it is great info for all of us that are loyal admirers of your playing and the wonderful accomplishments that you made to music and steel guitar-The proudest night of my life was being your backstage guest at the Saturday Night Opry back in '91-and I look foreward to hearing you play at Scotty's |

As an admirer of Weldon for years I would like to say welcome, I have just bought the albun "Texas to Tennessee," absolutely BRILLIANT. Hope you read this Weldon, I was dissapointed that you couldn't get to the "British Steel Guitar Festival" this year, hopefully soon eh! Regards also from your good friend and mine, Roy Heap. (British Steelies Society.)
Cheers for now
Dave. P.S. I still love your "BEAUTIFUL DREAMER". |

You Jammy so & so I would give anything to meet Weldon. I met Jimmy Day, and have a brilliant Photo with him, which is my Pride & Joy, only one thing would equal it and that's a photo with Weldon. "I'll get it, Hell or High Water. Cheers for now

Dave S-if you do get the chance to meet Weldon(as i have been lucky to several times) you will find that he is a soft- spoken modest "down to earth" gentleman who is truly deserving to be in The Steel Guitar Hall of Fame |
