Here's something different:
This Friday, April 7th my band plays at the Roseville Opera House, BUT a Burlesque show starts the night off. I have no idea what to expect, other than ....
PS: We are also playing every Wednesday night starting tomorrow in the month of April at Sky River Casino in Elk Grove. No girls.

Too many to mention here but some coming up.. I'm just going to link to my website calendar if anyone in the area or coming to the area is mentioned... not all bands are pedal steel I also do solo shows guitar and singing, and bass gigs and electric guitar gigs etc. Feel free to email me to check if you want!
The Pitchforks are the most "steel heavy " band I have right now. I put it together with a lot of my favorite musicians. Wanted a "no compromise" sort of band playing classic country.
Lots of 2-3 and 4 part vocal harmonies and killer players.
For instance when we do the old Patsy tunes we do all the jazz chord extensions and we do all the schmaltzy backing "oohs and ahhs"
It is gloriously fun!

After a long slow winter, finally some gigs with LnL.
Friday, May 19th at the Wrangler Bar outside Elk Grove, reopening as the Y-Not.
Saturday, May 27th, at Maverick's in Pleasanton for the evening shift. The Stockton gig cancelled.
Friday, June 2nd at the Oakley Civic Center Plaza for their Summer Concert Series; 7 to 10 pm.
Saturday, June 10th at Pure Country Canteen in Sparks, NV.
Saturday, June 17th at the Roseville Opera House Saloon.
Sunday, June 18th at El Dorado County Fair in Placerville.

I'll be playing steel with the "Cash Only" band at McP's Taphouse, Hwy 50 and Stateline Ave. in South Lake Tahoe.
Saturday May 20th 8-12.
Saturday May 27th will play at the Beacon on the beach Camp Richardson/S. Lake Tahoe, then that night at Mc P's Taphouse Hwy 50 and Stateline Ave from 8-12, then again at McP's Taphouse Sunday 8-12
June 3rd Saturday, playing the Wagon Train event in S. Lake Tahoe 11-1
June 10th 5-8 South Lake Tahoe airport restaurant
June 17th the Beacon on the beach 1-5, then McP's Taphouse 8-12 Stateline Ave/Hwy 50, South Lake Tahoe
