My steel cover and leg bag came just a few days after I ordered it. Very well made and perfect fit. Thanks Leigh. _________________ It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing. |

If you could make steel covers out of an Aluminet-type reflective fabric they would probably be big sellers. Steel guitars don't do well sitting out in the hot sun on outdoor gigs. |
What happened to stay cool covers down here in Nashville? The website is still up but I haven’t heard anything after reaching out a few times. _________________ www.randyhouser.com

Now that leather look might appeal to my new GFI. |

I understood that. Just thinking out loud about how it would look on my black and gold guitar. |

After looking at those new vinyl choices, I'm finding myself craving Chik-Fil-A, and I don't know why. _________________ Steeless. |

Ian, and anyone else interested, I have found a reflective material that seems to work!
I read the temperature of metal that was out all morning in the sun. It read 105 degrees. I covered it with the material, and after 45 min, I rechecked the temperature and it read 73 degrees. It can be folded up easily. It may form wrinkles quickly, but it seems to do the job. The cover is not flimsy, but not too rigid that you can't fold it easily. I also added a soft backing to it. If anyone is interested, you'll find it on my form: https://leighpollari.com/custom-steel-guitar-cover
The cost is $55 + shipping

I need to get some shirts made of that material. It would come in handy here in FL about now. _________________ Steeless. |

Looks great Leigh, I ordered one to replace my clumsy Reflectix cover. Looking forward to it, I'll report back! _________________ All lies and jest, still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest - Paul Simon |

Here’s my new Sho~Bud LDG cover & leg bag made by Leigh Pollari. I chose the marine grade black vinyl and it’s a perfect fit. The seams and corners are reinforced and shows her excellent craftsmanship along with her attention to detail. These pictures were taken less than 10 minutes after unpacking, no wrinkles. Leigh, I’m extremely pleased. Thank you so very much.

That new stitching feature Leigh is using that creates a "boxing effect" is excellent. I love it. _________________ Steeless. |
