I guess I got into the Christmas spirit a bit early this year, but here goes . . .

Merry Christmas to all my friends on the Steel Guitar Forum.
For the past decade or so, I’ve recorded a Christmas or holiday themed tune to share with my buds on the Forum.

This year I did Brian Wilson’s ‘Little Saint Nick’, for all you Beach Boys fans out there. Smile

All these songs -- and others -- are available for free on my website -- make your own Christmas CD from them with my good wishes! Just click HERE to visit LarryBell.org – Christmas songs are in the lower right corner of the page or just click on links below

I hope you enjoy it -- click on the song titles below -- all are 3 - 5 Mb mp3 files --

THIS YEAR'S TUNE: Little Saint Nick

Songs from previous years:

Winter Wonderland - 2002
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - 2003
O Christmas Tree - 2004
No Place Like Home for the Holidays - 2005
Christmas Time is Here - 2006
My Favorite Things / Bluesette - 2007
Hard Candy Christmas - 2008
Sleigh Ride - 2009
Santa Claus is Coming to Town - 2010

Wishing you all the best of holiday seasons and a prosperous new year.

Larry Bell

Thank you, Steve.

All are on a 12-string tuned E9/B6. That's all I've ever played.

As Steve pointed out in an EMail, the PayPal links to purchase my two CDs on my website no longer work. A payment to larry@larrybell.org with a note, including shipping address and which CDs you want, will work fine.

HoHoHo

I agree. This has taken my attention off the lousy snow that we're having now; great music, touch, tone; just dead on and beautiful.

Larry,

Thanks for the Christmas uplift, I really like the Beach Boys tune you did this year, one of my favorite Christmas recordings.

The backing instrumentation is great and really does justice to the original BB version.

It's cold and snowy here this year, but shouldn't it be anyway? I was just bumming that it was too warm a few weeks ago, finally feels like Christmas and your song enhances that. Thanks!!

Thanks buddy

Ron & Craig: I guess some folks gotta keep those home fires burnin' in the great white north. Wishing you a safe, White Christmas with a brand new guitar under your tree.

I just got one myself. Santa came early.

Hey Ben -- HoHoHo's right back at 'cha

Joe -- the Beast LIVES! AND, it's been joined by its younger, more handsome long lost brother The Beauty. Has one more pedal and looks like it just stepped off the showroom floor. Mike Cass just set it up and it plays like buttah and sounds just like the Beast -- don't get no better than that. What's better than an incredible sounding push-pull???? TWO OF THEM! This is the new one -- it's on the Beach Boys song

Ron -- I'm still lobbying with Santa but even he is having trouble finding another loaded Franklin D-10. He will do the best he can. Smile
