For those of you who double on guitar...

Do you ever switch between guitar and steel mid song? If so, where do you keep your tone bar?

I jam it in my front pocket. used to put it on top the amp, but it rolled a fr piece one night.
so in the pocket it goes. kind of heavy, but the girls give me double takes.

I set my bar on my lap steel which sets on a KB stand. I use an A-B box to switch between guitar & steel.

I can switch from lead guitar to Stringmaster, standing up,with out missing a beat on slow or med. tempo tunes. But the switch back to lead from steel is not as quick.I made a holder out of PCV with a cap.mounted it on the tuner pan using one of the screws on the pan.Works very well for me.No alteration to my axe and no dings on the top.I use a flat pick and middle finger on both.PJ
