Carter tuning nuts.
I have a 2004 Carter D10 and thinking about new tuning nuts, as mine are getting "herky-jerky" when I turn them. What size are these, or any other solution? Thanks.

That's unusual if they are bad already. I have an 81 Franklin and it still has the original tuning "nuts" and they are still OK.

Jack, they still work but a few of them are not exactly like "butter" as they say. That's what I'm attempting. Thanks.
