For the serious of mind......and who cannot truly distinguish between the playing style of Don Helms and JERRY BYRD (On the HANK WILLIAMS, Sr., before 1980)....
There are four really great albums now being auctioned on eBay.....by JERRY BYRD. The price is el cheapo! The recordings are fabulous! Here's your chance to load up for a minimal out of pocket expense.
Go to "steel guitar" in "all categories". You'll find it on about page 4-6 maybe.

Here's a current search on eBay for all items with "Jerry Byrd" in the title.

No one has advised me of any such release, but then again, no one ever does. I and the Jerry Byrd-Fan Club web site picks up most of its info' from here on the FORUM.

Perhaps JACK BYRD would have some later information for us?

Cord International still plans on releasing Vol 2 of Jerry's oldies but not until 2008. There are about 8 other releases in front of it as of now.

Jack Byrd, that is GREAT NEWS!

THANKS once again for your timely and factually informative post.

I've been attempting to get the new songs posted on the JERRY BYRD Web Site and hope to get that done this weekend. All new things to do and I lack both the knowledge and computer skills to do it without a lot of pain and suffering. Whew!

Again, thanks JACK!
