And the other 2 buds that took part in the Go-rage pickin ; on left is Earl Logan and on the right is Jim Taylor. There are several more pictures of steel players from the Mid-south area that i'll post at a later date. I do this in appreciation for their friendship over the years. Thanks to all.

That's a good lookin Emmons but MAN is that a pretty JCH. Got one just like her only mine is little more beat up. What year is that?

Scott, I'm not sure of the date of mfg but seems like it's a mid eighties. It's one of the first few that Jimmy and John built. I'll be talking to Earl in a day or so and i'll ask him. As for the Emmons , there's a heck of a history behind it , details of which i've mostly forgotten . How ever i do know it was in a fire years ago, in a local club where the owner at the time was in the house band. It's been repaired to the level of playability and still has pretty good tone. Hard to kill an Emmons , eh ? Smile
