| OK sorted it, found his CDs on here. As Im a newby I was pretty well floored by LTs touch and tone, are there others around at the mo that play as well as him AND teach ? I think Im heading for a journey,I have a new GURU !!! |

I first heard L.T. back in the late forties and early fifties. He was with the 101 ranch boys on a radio show broadcast from York Pa. Their theme song was Cimmaron roll on.The show was nationally syndicated and
We picked it up at noon in Battle Creek Mi.
Him and Byrd were the first steelers I heard using a sixth tuning. That opened up a whole new world.I played a jam in Trufant Michigan in October and L.T. is still the man. His touch is perfect.
