Where's a good place to buy this speaker? I want to try one in my Fender Steel King and is this the correct model number?

Greg, I think Bobbe Seymour carries them on his web-site. Look under "speakers". Very Happy

There is a bw 1501-4 on Ebay you might be able to get at less than new price to try out then go accordingly.

A regular 1501-4 DOES NOT sound the same as the "SB" (shallow basket). There is a subtle difference.THe newer shallow basket sounds similar to a JBL. If I were you,I wouldn't change the speaker in the Fender Steel King. I doubt if you will improve on the JBL clone that is in it now.I've played mine thru a BW and it sounds good but I prefer the original Eminence JBL clone that came in it.
