Needing to do a trade for something lighter,i have a Dekley 8/4 d/10,unmolested steel it is burgundy in color,wood necks,tone to the bone,thoes who have them know,i have owned it for 3 years never been out of my house excep to the garage and back to the house,do to health reasone's i must get something lighter,never giged with this guitar,would like to trade for a s/10 or maby s/d 10 3/5 or 4/5 and i would rather not ship,i live between F.W.texas and Amarillo,Texas,and would drive to deliver, oklahoma area or texas area,also a nice cae for it,Emphesema has got me where i just can't move it anymore,never did learn enough c/6 to keep it anyway.Jim Harper set this guitar up for me,and he could tell you more about it than i can,,thank's for looking,it is a slimline model,#940-585-4671 phone #

Yes;sir i would buy this guitar but have to many already. I played this guitar and it sure has a great tone and sustain. Sure hope the best for L D.and hope this guitar find,s a good home==Jim Harper

Aside from the weight, which isn't really an issue for a younger player, these Dekley Slimlines are just super guitars. My experience has been that they have ZERO cabinet drop, hold their tuning in a huricane, have smooth solid pedal action, are very easy to make changes on, and have tonal quality to rival any other steel ever built.

Not many turn up for sale because they are keepers. But when they do, they don't last long. Better grab this one while you can!!
