I was talking to Don....question answered. It is a two-hole puller undercarriage.

David,

The pullers seen on these cross shafts have brass swivels with two holes - two choices for different leverage. This is a mid-70's undercarriage design by Sho~Bud, before they went Superpro with the multi-hole/hook rod design.
