Hi,
I've been doing a lot of searching, on the Forum and via Google and I am having a hard time getting string length specs, etc.
Does anyone have a List of Scale Lengths by Mfgr and Model ?
Also, any String Spacing Charts avail ?
It would be nice to know this so we could pick the right gauge strings for each instrument, and also be able to know the spacing for building pickups for the various Mfgrs and Models.
If anyone is inclined to list what they know, we could then Cut and Paste this info from the replies into a database.
Sure would be nice if it was all in one place.

| This is a good idea Fred. I actually made a data base like this for ukulele scale lengths, but never for steels. Some of these things would be difficult to measure, such as angle of strings. |
