I recently purchased the 8 string lap steel that Ryan Rukavina had shown on a recent post that he had.
I must say that this man is incredibly talented at building these lap steels. The workmanship is flawless and I have not had a guitar with better tone and sustain than this one. In fact I like it so much that I have ordered a custom made 6 string identical to the 8 string except it will have a walnut body and neck and an ash fingerboard. Anyone looking to buy a lap steel should certainly consider one of these guitars. Ryan is also a great person to do business with. He is going to have two mahogany 6 string models up for sale on e-bay shortly. |

Congratulations on your new instrument. I also have been impressed with the look of his steels. Can you post a sound clip? |
