I am the dealer and endorser of the Georgeboard and I have a deal for you.

Twin Princess is the name to call this one of a kind made from George Piburn's Private Stock.
This is the last of this stock; to ever be built. You can own this work of art; so jump at this last chance.
This is made from one piece solid african ribbon mahogany , the ribbons are on the long skinny sides , and the top and bottom is shiny , then adhered the koa to the front and back side.
Also the koa is book matched front to rear , extra deluxe finish , with the Exclusive Epoxy Treatment previous to applying the Acrylic Lacquer.

The lacquers we use are superior to nitrocellulos formulas , in durability, non yellowing, cracking, and have low VOC and beat US Standards for safe air standards, many more features.

The Walnut string receivers are of the same run as we had on the Ohia , and have a unique sonic desireability particularly in recording settings.

The pickups are of the latest specs , with the Beryllium Copper sheilding, switch for each pickup to add to the direct output. koa wooden highlite.
I included two custom battery packs with the lights to the fret boards -- go under the nuts , in the tiny holes ,

Abalone Inlayed Custom control knobs, Hand made Flamed Koa Control Plate2 , graphite sheilding in the control chambers, gold anozdized recessed output jack, off set to prevent cable jack damage.

The cost of this one of a kind D-8 is list price 3500.00.
Your cost is only 3000.00 shipped anywhere in the United States.

I got my s/8 georgeboard a few days ago. It is the prettiest birch I have ever seen. This is the second board I have owned. I can say with certainty the georgeboard is made with a precision that is outstanding. The finish the pickup the tuners can't be beat. I bought mine through Ricky and you will find him very honest and dependable. Jack

Thanks Jack for your kind words; and folks you should have seen the amazed look on Jack's face when I handed him his Georgeboard in person> It was a look that makes it all worth while.
And to add to George's Offer; I will put what ever tunings and string guages you want for this Princess and will be packed to where the shipper can throw it 50 feet to a concrete floor and NOTHING will hurt the georgeboard.
Here's a taste of what mine sounds like>

Although I don't play lap steel a friend of mine has an 8 string Georgeboards and the tone and beauty of his steel is something to behold. I'm sure this double 8 is along those lines also.

I had the pleasure of sharing a display room at the Tulsa show with George, and got to hear his lap steels all weekend. The tone is just stunning!! And these are guitars that are put together with true, meticulus, very thought out, craftsmanship. These are the elite of lapsteels. You truley get what you pay for with Georgeboards.

That's the prettiest nonpedal steel I've ever seen. Wish I could afford it, but here's a bump anyway.
