There is a John Hollaway in Hamilton Ohio. Is he the steeler you are looking for?

don;t know if he plays a m.s.a sd-10 saw him on the
m.s.a p.s.g site playing a msa sd-10 with metal neck?
if, its him would like to talk to him about his guitar

Yea thats my old guitar. It's a s10 no pad 2 knees levers were added to it when I bought it. Nice ax John just needed something lighter to haul other than his d10. He only plays e9. We're all gettin older & it was just sitting in the basement. John's a great guy & I'll try to track down his # for you soon.
