The tube chart dates this amp ca. 1963, which would be the first year of production on the Twin Reverb. It's original, including the Jensens, tilt-back legs and footswitch. Tolex is worn and torn at the front bottom of the cabinet, but I'll reglue it before shipping. The amp feet are not original. I've just had our local Raleigh, NC Fender wizard go through it and he replaced a few tubes, filter caps and put a 3-prong power cord on it. It sounds like GOLD! The distortion on the grillcloth in the photo is a function of my old camera.

This is my personal amp, and I hate to see it go- but I need the $, and I have two other vintage Fender amps- so don't feel too sorry for me. I'm asking $1400 plus shipping for this beauty.

Thanks!

Rick

A well-informed friend has just emailed me and he tells me that I've probably seriously undervalued this amp. Ergo, I'm going to take it off the block until I have a chance to do some research. Please close this thread.

Thanks!

Rick
