Here's B. Bowman Hop, based loosely on Jimmy Day's version. My previous post was for an E9th tune, so here's the bottom neck. Details of the rack system are here. Basically it consists of the Revelation Tube Pre-amp, Stewart World 1.2 power amp, Lexicon MPX1 effects, 2 Rick Johnson cabinets and 2 15" Eminence neodymium speakers.
The guitar parts were done on a fender SSH tele in to a stock Hot Rod deluxe amp.
This system is probably gross overkill for my needs at this point but putting it together has been a blast. Having all the amp controls next to the guitar has proven to be very handy and the super light weght cabs and rack on wheels make this a breeze to transport.

When I grow up, I want to play just like that.

It's no fun to grow up, I tried that for a while!
This was miked and mixed down in stereo for the steel parts so you can hear the Lexicon effects in stereo. This system has even more punch and smoothness than my Steel King setup and I can't imagine anyone needing more power than this for a gig.

Greg,
I appreciate all that you do here on the Forum. Are you happy with the sound from the Stewart World 1.2? IS it brittle or "digital" sounding? Does it reproduce the RTP sounds?
I have a Stewart 1.2 and with, limited experience, it is quiet and powerful. I use GD Walkers' 15" cabs with reconed JBL's. The next step will be to order one of Brad's RTP.
I have a complete GD Walker system and am quite happy. I like to have 2 amps. One for rehearsal space and one for home and the road.
Comments, opinions?

Ron,
I have tried the RTP in series with the Lexicon and with the Lexicon in the RTP effects loop. Either way I can get about the same tone with a lot of tube warmth. With the Lexicon, Stewart, Yamaha preamp, Yamaha AW1600 console being transistorized (as is most of our playback equipment) it's pretty hard not to have a transistor in the sound chain you are listening to. The tube harmonics are still there.
There is not as much tube sound as I can get out of my Hot Rod Deluxe with the power output tubes driving a real speaker. However it's a nice tradeoff between the all tube sound with it's quirks and an all transistor sound without the harmonic distortion.
