Last night I had the great pleasure of meeting and hearing the fabulous Gerry Hogan with Albert Lee at a show in Geneva, Switzerland! What a kind gentleman and a terrific player! The whole band was great, and they were such a nice group of people to talk with. I got to visit with Albert for a bit and he was most gracious. Meeting and listening to these folks was a real treat, and the highlight of my trip....! _________________ Tommy Detamore

Tommy,
I have just returned from Switzerland. Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a long-awaited pleasure for me to meet you and hear your fine, fine playing at the Festival in Geneva last Friday evening! I had previously only read about you over the years on b0b's great Forum and so, I was able to put a face to the name, and to have confirmed for me all the things I had read about you. For those who may not know: Tommy is a fantastic player and a super-charming person.
I do hope that you and your wife had some good news about your pet dog, and he is in good health and back with you. What a terrible thing to be told about when you're so far away from home!
I look forward to seeing (and hearing) you again before too long.

Hi Jerry, I was just wondering if you got the email I sent you a few months ago? Good to see you on the forum. Albert and I still keep in touch. |

Ok...now I suppose Albert is dropping by to do a few cuts at the studio?
You are truly blessed!
BTW: The cuts that play at your My Space page...what a great sound you're getting in the studio. As good as it gets, IMHO.
Take care,
Les |
