I’m at home today waiting for the FedEx truck to bring my new Sho-Bud (Marrs rebuild) guitar and it seems like a good time to say hello and thanks to everyone here on the Forum. I’ve learned a ton in the past few months and hopefully I’ll be able to contribute something in the future.

Also, if any of you southern Indiana folks give lessons or know someone who does, I’d appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks,
Dave

Howdy!
I don't know if Bud Hall over in Evansville is teaching now that he closed his store, but I'd bet he knows someone who does.

Thanks, guys!

Daniel, I'm not good enough yet to say with any authority that Sho-Buds are the sweetest sounding steels out there, but they're definitely the sweetest looking!

I agree with that amigo! That's "the look" I was after when Ray Morrison built my steel. Lot's of real wood binding.... Cool
(Even if my body is covered with "curly bird's eye formica"!) Laughing
