Hi folks, Curt "The Shoe" Shoemaker has done it again, he has hit a HOME RUN with the CD "MEGA STEEL". I had the honor of having Curt sell his new CD at my booth down in Texas this past month, and alot of folks stopped by and picked up there copy of this wonderful CD, and I am sure that they will all say the same if you ask them????? "IT'S GREAT"!!!!!!!!
I have had the honor of perfoming on many shows with my friend Curt, and believe me he can hold his own with the best of them, but let me tell you he OUTDID!! himself with this CD , and it is a must have for all you STEEL GUITAR LOVER'S out there.
My favorite songs on the CD are, "Yes Ma'am" which has a Great Singer named Sharon Kenaston on it, and "Somewhere South of Kansas" which was written by Curt.
Here are the Liner Notes from the Back Cover of the CD!!!!!!!!
Well folks, Curt has done it again. He's cut another really good and Country, CD. I especially enjoyed his take on Tom Brumley's "Tracie's Waltz" a sensitive and beautiful written steel guitar tune. But there's enough variety here to please most tastes, from "Storms never Last" to Kristofferson's "Help me make it through the night". This CD belongs in any steel guitar afficionado's collection. ENJOY.
LLOYD GREEN
So folks do yourself a favor, and order this for yourself or for someone you know that just loves GREAT STEEL GUITAR MUSIC , I promise you won't regret it.
