For those of you thinking about selling/trading your old heavy steel before you bust a gut, take a look at this pic of Kevin Hatton's Custom Split Cases---you've been reading the great feedback Kevin has been receiving for his quality craftsmanship and it's all truly deserved! On top of that, he's a true gentleman and has an obvious eye for attention-to-detail--thanks again Kevin--you've helped to solve some back issues for many of us in the 50+ year group...Carl
P.S. You can't see it, but the steel case has a great spring-loaded handle and of course the large wheels with the "fender skirts" are fantastic...

These are great cases and very light in weight. Mine have dark blue velvet inside. If you ever have issues, Kevin is quick to respond to your needs. |

Mike,
My LDG is Blue which is my favorite color but the red lining provides a good contrast with the Blue--great workmanship! |

My cases are burgandy-red velvet inside. I have so many cases, I can't keep up with the colors. |

Just got my split case from Kevin. It fits my guitar like a glove and was delivered ahead of schedule, in time for a gig down south this coming weekend. Great product and great service. It makes my D-10 exteremely manageable, and when I put my SD-10 in it (a Fessenden as well, with identical dimensions) my gear will seem light as a feather. |
