Nice guitar synth / modeler rig for trade in Houston

I have a nice guitar synth rig that I would like to see if there is anyone interested in trading for an all pull pedal steel S-10 3 x 4 minimum with no issues. The synth rig consists of:

Roland Ready Strat, sunburst
GR-33 Roland guitar synth
VG-88 Roland guitar modeler
US-20 Roland selector switch (selects/combines both units)
13 pin cables to hook it all up
All manuals

All this equipment is in great shape with no issues. I am also the original owner. Due to the fragile nature of this type of equipment I want to do a face-to-face trade in Houston area.

The Roland Ready Strat is a Fender MIM strat with the Roland GK pickup in addition to the regular strat pickups.
