This guitar was built between 1974 and 1976 according to Jim Smith, former builder at Dekley. It is a three and four Emmons set up.She's in very good condition and has been taken care of since I've had it.Recently cleaned and lubed. All three balljoints were replaced and two tuning nuts replaced.Dekley's had a unique tone all their own and this one is very pretty with great sustain.I have found that Jagwire series strings, particularly the Danny Hullihen set, work the best on this guitar and give the best tone.Has the original hard shell case.Weighs in at 58.6 lbs.in the case.Serious inquiries only.No trades.Asking 950.00 plus actual shipping.

That's a really nice Deckley, if I needed another steel I'd jump on that one. Good looking and a great price! Very Happy

I think that the Pro I goes for a little more then the Dekley now days $1200-$1700.If you can find a real Pro I fan they are willing to pay even more then that.

That's awesome!!!

I know that David had been looking for a good beginning steel. That'll do mighty fine.

I'm sure he'll be super-happy with it.

Well,it looks as though David is looking for a trade rather than a cash expenditure if at all possible.I can understand that,so the Dekley is still available.I think that ShoBud swap sounds nice myself.

Anyone looking for a solid steel that plays and sounds sweet, she's still available.I think it's priced right. This is not a starter steel by any means.

Right you are, Richard. This guitar is pro for sure. I have a Dekley U12 and it's terrific. Smoothe and accurate pedal action and NO CABINET DROP...0..zilch. The tone is rich and punchy.

I think anyone would be pleased with this guitar...I know I'll not be selling mine...ever.

Good luck, Lonnie.

I've done some general maintenance work on this guitar, and this guitar indeed does play and sound great. Someone is going to get a really nice guitar at a very cheap price for sure!

I had a Dekley S-12 and it was a great sounding and playing guitar. I tried to buy it back but it had been sold by the time I looked up the Dekley again.

Great guitars!
