Kay Das continues to push the steel guitar repertoire envelope. This time Kay is joined by his son David Das on Shubert's "Serenade". Kay plays his West Coast steel in C6 tuning - key of Dm.

Kay, that's beautiful - very innovative.
Steel guitar can work with any kind of music (except maybe hip-hop)!

You are so prolific with the steel. Nice use of harmonics on this one, and great rhythm track, as usual.

I found this great classic based on simple minor-major chord cadences, with dwellings on augmenteds, to sit well on C6.

I will post the score in a few days when I get some time.
