#1C5504...
S 10 Red w/ 3 and 4 [has 6+4 now]I added some MSA pedals I scrounged up.....
Reece, anything else you can tell me about it from your records???..
It looks a little more "decked out" than other Classics I have owned/seen w/the polishing, black anodized knees, and the extra controls for the distortion etc..
Its a lovely guitar, sustains as good as ANY steel I have ever played, far better than most.. It remains in remarkable cond, with a deep vibrant red stained lacquer finish...
I would like to know when this guitar was built if you could spare the time.
Your help is appreciated as always... thanks bob |

Hi Bob,
If I remember correctly, Reece told me it was built in February of 1976. Nice guitar, I enjoyed it for three years, but I'm looking forward to a new Williams I have on order. Larry J. |

Hmmm...I'd have guessed around February of 1977? |

Thanks guys i guess thats close enough... The only "beef" I have is the silk screening... It does not show up well at all under certain lighting, I sometimes have a bit of a problem seeing the freatboard, and I would have preferred a plastic MSA logo and nice "Bud style" inlay like I have seen in a few other MSA steels[check the one for sale on the forum... just gorgeous]... other than those small things, it is a great guitar... bob |

Bob C....You might be interested in knowing the original owner of your guitar was a man named Harry Wiggins.
MSA records clearly indicate the birth date of your guitar to be February 1977.
Thank you for your question and for being part of the MSA family. |
