I made this video clip awhile back and I forgot about it and rediscovered it this morning. Anyway, it's my "less than perfect" lap slide rendition of Feelin' Bad Blues by Ry Cooder, one of my all-time favorite slide players. I am playing my solid mahogany Gold Tone guitar. Not the greatest video quality but I'd be interested to receive feedback on the audio quality, the sound of the Gold Tone and of course, any constructive comments on my playing and arrangement of the tune.
Regards,
Rob Anderlik

Me like it a lot!!
On a side note - the compression of the video camera sounds pretty cool on a piece like this, makes it sound more, eh, "vintage", with great punch.

Thanks Fellas, I appreciate the feedback! One of the reasons I wanted to post this was the fact that I am playing my Gold Tone, not my vintage 1920's (style 1)Weissenborn. It sounds pretty darn good to me!

Yeah, I was surprised by the sound quality. It actually reminded me more of a small bodied flat top with extension nut than a weissenborn,- and that's not necessarily a bad thing..
