I finally got to wacth the Live DVD they filmed in Denver. I was at the concert but it was nothing like the DVD. Tim you sounded absolutely awesome. The steel was featured very well and it was sooo smooth, and that Birthday Cake guitar sounded great. Tim I truly think you are my new favorite.
I think we should all talk Tim into making a Cd. I'm in for one.

I have a gospel recording made around 90 and Tim played guitar and steel and smoked the the strings on both of them and the video clip on Bobbe's site is some nice stuff. Rock on Tim.

Tim, I know you are really busy but I have an idea. Record one instrumental at the end of each sound check 10 or 12 shows in a row. Mix/Master when you get home, boom you got a CD!

Well, I heard Tim on Leno last night. Didn't get to see much - just the corner of his guitar - but he sounded just fine.

Hey Jim - that's a pretty good idea you have there. What do you think Tim?

It definately is a dream of mine to one day do a CD of some sorts...not exactly sure what I would put on there, but I might think of a few things if they weren't too difficult. I even bought a small Pro Tools rig for the house just for that reason. Then the Dierks job came along and so far my studio is just collecting dust. I did make a CD with my little girl a couple of years ago when she was 7. I played all of the instruments and she sang some Christian children songs. It was something she and I had talked about for a while and I knew it was something that I would be really proud of and it's something that she can keep for years to come if she wants. All I have of my mom and dad are old cassettes that you can't understand any more. It was also my training for Pro Tools.

Maybe some day soon I'll get my mind out of "road mode" and sit down and work some songs up. We are taking the month of May off so maybe that might be a good time to get the rust off!

Thanks for the interest.

Tim
