The song, written by Jimmy Peppers (BMI), "If I Can't Be Your Number One (Then Number Two On You)" has to be in the running.

"Better call the colonel 'cause she's finger-lickin' good."

I'm not sure if that's the title or not, but it sure sticks out to me from the one and only time I heard it on New Country radio about 5-6 years ago. I think this lyric reaches a brand new low.

Not country, but "You Broke My Heart, So I Busted Your Jaw" was a neat album name from many years ago...

Not even a song title (could have been though) but this is one of the funniest introductions to a song I've ever heard: "Take out your false teeth mama, I wanna suck on your gums!" (J.Geils Band).

There was a song on the jukebox at Deemen's Den in Nashville called "If You See Kay". (Get it?)
Another one, yet to be written, is entitled "I Miss You Every Day, But My Aim Is Gittin' Better".
And then there's the Bobby Hardin composition, "I'm Gonna Put A Bar In My Car And Drive Myself To Drink", and "When It's 2 Below in Tupelo" by LaDonna Capps.
