I have been considering the D9th tuning to further eliminate string breakage on the third string ( though my MSAs break very few strings ) and am curious as to any adverse effect using stainless strings.
Does anyone have any advice and / or experience using stainless with the D9th tuning?
Thanks.

I plaqyed D-9 with stainless for years. Had no problems. Pedal action is slightly easier. But you better get used to playing in Hughey Land. |
