I finally bought a Hilton and am offering the following volume control devices for sale:

Ernie Ball VP - has side jacks and clean NOS Allen & Bradley pot installed. $50

Goodrich 120 - The old chromed version with the rubber footpad. Has clean pot and good string, but string is not wound. $60

...or $100 for both. Prices do not include shipping.
