What kind of bar is the picker at

I have been using the Red Rajah bars for a couple of years and I really love them - very smooth tone!

Red Teflon coating for really hot playing? LOL!
The control ring seemes like a good idea cold and hence dry winters when the skin dries out and makes it hard to keep a good grip. This must be an invention for us pickers up here in the snow.
