Years ago I saw and bought similar albums. I honestly think they made up the names and many of the song titles were changed for whatever reason...possibly copywrite. Anyway, these albums were usually found in the five and dime type stores. Very few were any good. JMHO of course. |

I have an LP with these songs on it and the cover shows caribien (sp?) people. no mention of the musicians. |

I don't think that gal on the album cover really plays the uke. I think they just handed it to her for the picture. Look at that lack of right hand technique. And her left hand... you call that a chord?
Forget "choppy steel playing"... This ukulele "bait and switch" is serious stuff. I'm pissed! Who do I write?
I can't believe that the music industry would knowingly deceiving us in this way. I thought record producers were better than that. They care about music don't they?
