When I was learning to play, back in 1902, (sometimes it seems like it) I had an Iolana D-6 with the Ohau name on it. It was a white plastic covering that looked sort off like mother of pearl. I have been looking for one that is reasonably priced for a long time.
If some one out there knows where I might find one you can contact me at;

They come up with some frequency on Ebay- about 10 or so a year, but usually S6's. They usually require new tuner buttons and a pickup zap, but they are cool guitars.

The Oahu Iolana is much more stylish than the Supro currently on eBay.

The Iolana also came with a volume pedal. There was a section in the case specifically for it.
