Here's Kay's tribute to Hank Marvin and the Shadows, from his CD, "Sweet 'n Gentle", key of A, West Coast 8 string steel, C6 tuning.

Hi Kay,
Another great tune. I didn't know that you're a Shadows fan.

Great job Kay. I love the Hawaiian guitar instro/surf music connection. They go extremely well together.

1. Chuck, the Shadows are my all-time guitar heroes, they made guitar-playing look simple and for everyone. Sounds like you're a fan too !!

2. Ron, agree with you....steel guitar and beaches and oceans and surf....ahhhh...

3. Answer to an e-mail enquiry: I tried to emulate the multiple-head tape echo that Hank Marvin used on the original with the Line 6 delay unit which has a similar feature.
