There's been so many bogus quads lately that one has to question everything. The description seems very familiar but this one isn't one day and has pics. What do you think?

That's a scam.
It's the same Quad and the same description they keep using.
It's a 3 day auction, the seller is not a registered user, and he wants a money order.

I know who actually owns this guitar, and he has no intention of selling it.

This same scam comes up often on eBay. It's a stolen picture, stolen description. Go to the bottom of the auction page and click on "Report This Item". That's what I do every time I see this come up.
