Playing E9th only, do you really need a single 15? |

I prefer 2 12's over 15's for the C neck as well as the E neck. _________________ Bob |

For me it depends on the kind of music you play. For country (from the '60s on) and jazz, when you want that clean, full, organ-like sound, a 15" sounds better to me (actually, I play through two 15s). But for rock, blues, and rockin' country - anytime you might want some grit or a little distortion, 12s sound better to me. And if you want traditional country from the '50s back, 12s also sound good. |
