Okay, I've lived in the Nashville are for just over a year now and I should be horse whipped for not making it down to The Station Inn to see the Time Jumpers until last Monday night. I've never seen a slicker display of muscial abilities. Three fiddles in harmony and in sync like you wouldn't believe and of course John Hughey on steel. I walked out with their DVD so I could see and hear ithem anytime I want. If you are ever in Nashville on a Monday night forget about anything else you have going on, work? forget it, dinner with friends?, some other time, and make it to see these guys and gals. I guarantee you won't be disapointed. |

Yes, you should be horsewhipped.
Seriously, I went down with Frank Parish last summer, and that gig is as good as it gets, IMO. I expect to spend some time in Gallatin the summer working with my father-in-law on the house, but I know where I'll be Monday nights, Lord willing. |

is it still legal to PADDLE kids and such in Tenn ? If it is, you need to get in line
Don't feel bad, I have friends , Musician friends , (not to be confused with Musicians Friend ) Country Music types..who have been in town for 10 years and have never been to the Station Inn..One of them actually told me about the place and I went..but he still has not..
go figure....
When we come to town the Station Inn is automatic, you always meet some great folks and players there as well.
