To many guitars in my music room. This a rosewood mica with wooden necks with the bolt-on changer. Emmons setup, 8-5. It is a flat back and has not left my home since it was restored by Mike Cass. The case is in great shape. $2700 + shipping in the lower 48. Serial #1491. |

Let's bump this one up. I thought seriously about this guitar when you had it on the board a year or so ago. If I hadn't recently snagged a killer p/p I'd be all over this one.... |

Skip, thanks for the bump. I have been surprised this guitar has not sold. From what I have learned it is a rare combination. This guitar was orginally sold to the steel player for Faron Young when it was new. I am only the 3rd owner. |

Joe, on your Emmons, does the right knee right lower 2 and nine? and does the right knee left raise 1 or does it raise 1 and 2? thanks J.C.

John, the RKR does lower the 2nd and 9th strings. The RKL lowers the 6th string and raises the 1st only. |

The setup for the is the Emmons copedent on the E9th neck and the standard setup for the C6th neck.
E9th:
A pedal: raises the 5th & 10th strings
B pedal: raises the 6th and 3rd strings.
C pedal: raises the 4th & 5 strings.
LKL: raises the 4th & 8th strings.
LKR: lowers the 4th & 8 strings.
There is no vertical lever.
RKL: raises the 1st string and lowers the 6th string.
RKR: lowers the 2nd string whole tone and lowers the 9th string.
C6th Neck:
4th pedal: raises the 4th & 8 strings.
5rh pedal: raises the 5th, 9th, & 10th strings.
6th pedal: raises the 2nd string & lowers 6th string half tone.
7th pedal: raises the 3rd & 4th strings.
8th pedal: raises the 7th string & lowers the 9th & 10th strings.
RKR: lowers the 3rd string.
There is additional KL which lowers the 4th string on the C6th. |
