I might have one I'd let go but...

It's so cheap why not just buy a new one?

There is a need for a good C6 book written by someone who can not only play but can also teach. Without some prior knowledge of playing stringed instruments and a bit of theory I am not sure how far this book will take you. This is not to say that some of it is not useful but it could be so much better.

Ray.

"That some of it could be useful" ? All anyone has to do is go and look thru the book and you will see it's a great method for any beginner. It even covers basic theory concerning chords and scales, very easy to read tab and the CD has some of the best sounding 6 string steel tone you'll ever hear. Scotty is a great teacher, hands down and this is coming from a life long music student.

I agree with Bill. With the retail price so low, why buy second hand?

Where is the incentive for people to take the time and effort to come up with great teaching material, if people end up passing it around from person to person, instead of supporting the person who originally wrote the material?
