While cleaning out things I never use, I ran across this lapsteel. The wife says out it goes, so off to ebay with it. The problem is, what is it? Can anyone identify this instrument and perhaps tell me something about it so I can give a decent description for ebay?

If I called it a 6 string doorstop, not too many people would bid on it.

I think it's a Harmony. They're quite common.
Good luck with your sale _________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This is either a HARMONY, (likely) or a cheap TEISCO ? |

It's a Harmony. I have one just like it. I think I paid about $100 a couple of years ago.
They sound surprisingly good . . |

Harmony must be right. It does sound pretty good for it's lineage. It sounds even better as a slide guitar with some overDrive. I'll probably put a clip with it when I put it on ebay.
Thanks again!! |
