Since the forum was changed, it seems like there's a ton of new members. And that's a good thing. Maybe the different look and avitar pics gives it that illusion. Or has the brisk sales of steels accelerated the membership?
Just curious.

Well I guess it prompted me to join. I have been reading for a while and picking up some good info. I am too new at steel to have any wisdom or experiences to offer but when I saw the new forum, I realized, "You don't do anything for free" so thought I should send the small dues.

The Forum is the reason for the brisk sales of steels. If this Forum did exist. The wait time for a Zum would not be 1/2 as long. And you could still buy LDG's for 750 all day long.

I have a lot of people call me wanting to learn to play steel guitar. It's not because of what Buddy, Paul, Lloyd, or even Robert is playing. It's because they've been reading the Forum. Decided to go to a steel show. And now they have the bug.
