Auction on eBay.

Jody, the s/n on this Champion is 3808. Shouldn't a 1949 have a 3 digit serial number or X followed by 3 numbers?

Ron

Just to chime in;
A '49 wood probably be expected to have slot head screws, a blue color on the back and the fingerboard would have the early design where the fret ends don't flair off but are just straight lines at the ends.
