Yes! The January meeting will be held in Danville, California at John Gallagher's house on Sunday, January 28th. It will be preceded by a workshop hosted by Michael Witcher at the same location. Here's the message by John Gallagher as posted on the SFDobroClub Yahoo! group:

Renowned dobroist and articulate teacher Michael Witcher has agreed to do a three hour workshop at my house in Danville. We can accomodate up to 15 partcipants, $50 each. Mike will bring instruction books, you should bring instruments and recording equipment if you like.
I was fortunate to attend a week-long Witcher workshop at Bluegrass-at-the-Beach in Oregon a few years ago. Mike is indeed a gifted musician, but even more important, he is a fine instructor who will have pointers for dobroists of all abilities.
The workshop will precede our already scheduled sfdobroclub meeting.
Date: Sunday, January 28
Workshop time: 10:00-1:00
sfdobroclub: 2:00-5:00, or until we are tired. My house will be
available all day; all night for that matter.
You are welcome to attend one or both meetings.
